1. Returns
Lulu’s Skinnie strives for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics) for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
